What are the reception opening hours?
- Reception is open every day:
- 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm in March, April, May, June, September and October
- 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm in July and August
Can I arrive after 8:00 pm?
If you have booked a mobile home and arrive after reception opening hours, please let us know in advance and we will let you know where you can collect the keys to your rental. You’ll have to come by reception the next day to check in.
Where can I park if the campsite gate is closed?
The campsite gate is closed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Parking is available at the campsite entrance.
When I leave, what time must I vacate my mobile home?
Rentals must be vacated by 10:00 am. Remember to make an appointment the day before your departure to check in. No late departures will be accepted.
When I leave, what time must I vacate my pitch?
Pitches must be vacated by noon, unless you have opted for the “extend your stay until 5:00 pm” option, which is only available in low season and is subject to acceptance by the management and payment of a €10 fee.
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Pets (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) are allowed on pitches and in rental accommodation, provided they comply with the rules set out in the campsite rules and regulations.
Can I have a visitor?
Visitors are welcome (unless the campsite is full) provided they register at reception and pay the applicable fee.
Do I have to separate my garbage and where can I throw it away?
The campsite practises selective sorting and asks you to do the same. Recycling bins and household waste containers are available in the parking lot at the entrance to the campsite.
Where can I wash my clothes?
There are washing-up bins in the sanitary block and a washing machine in the reception block. Tokens are on sale at reception.
What are the pool opening times?
The pool is open every day from mid-April to mid-September, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm in low season and from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm in high season.
What methods of payment are accepted at the campsite?
Cheques, ANCV vacation vouchers, credit cards, cash.
Can I buy bread at the campsite?
You can reserve bread and pastries at reception the day before 6.30pm and collect them the next morning from 8am.
Can I cancel my stay?
No refunds will be made for cancellations or early departures. To avoid any inconvenience, we advise you to take out the “CAMPEZ COUVERT” cancellation insurance offered at the time of booking.
